Office Manager:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Manager to join our growing organization. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our business to keep it running smoothly. You will evaluate and enhance office processes, systems for office personnel including filing, billing, accounts payable and scheduling.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update files, records, and documents
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment, including phone systems
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with calendar management tools
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional phone etiquette
